Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using neuralingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our [Privacy Policy](/content/privacy/index.html). If you do not agree, do not use the service. ## 3. License to Use Subject to these Terms, Pathway Agency LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use neuralingo for your individual language learning purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or commercialise any part of the service. ## 4. Subscription & Billing - Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) unless otherwise stated. - Early Supporter plans may be recurring or one-time depending on the offer shown at checkout. Any recurring billing terms are presented before purchase. - Payments are processed securely by a PCI-compliant payment provider. neuralingo does not store payment card details. - You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. - Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. ## 5. Refund Policy Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the billing date. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform - Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service at scale - Share account credentials with third parties - Use the service to generate, store, or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service ## 7. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, and AI-generated exercises on neuralingo are the intellectual property of Pathway Agency LLC or its licensors. Your personal learning data (chat history, journal entries, scores) belongs to you; we hold a limited licence to process it to deliver the service. ## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties neuralingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI responses may occasionally contain errors; always verify critical information independently. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pathway Agency LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. ## 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. ## 11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of neuralingo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
